Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit. Please note that all purchases made using store credit are final sale.
To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories (including jewelry)
• Items purchased using store credit
